Easy Paleo Dinner Recipes
I was looking for some easy paleo dinner recipes and had
little success until I discovered the simple paleo recipes
cookbook pictured here. Bland looking cover I know but the
contents are pretty good. True to the title, the recipes are
all simple to make yet delectable.
Before I came across this neat little downloadable cookbook,
I trawled various websites for God knows how many hours and
only managed to find a couple of easy-to-make Paleolithic diet
recipes. The rest were too elaborate to cook. Don’t get me
wrong, I love cooking a wide range of paleo diet dishes, but
once in a while I’d like something that’s not too complicated
to make.
Now, if you want something simple for dinner, then check out
these easy paleo dinner recipes:
Recipe #1: How
to Make a Simple Paleo Style Argentinean BBQ
Chicken

Gather these
ingredients: Two chicken breasts
sliced into strips, 1/3 cup of fresh lemon juice, four cloves
of blended garlic, four tablespoons olive oil, ¼ teaspoon of
allspice, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon finely
chopped oregano, 2 tablespoons paprika
Preparation:
- Grab a clean bowl and throw in the paprika, chopped
oregano, ground cumin, allspice, olive oil, garlic, and lemon
juice. Mix these ingredients thoroughly.
- Once the mixture is decently combined, go ahead and
drop the chicken strips. Make sure the strips are properly
coated in the marinade.
- Use cling wrap to cover the bowl and store in the fridge
for a couple hours at least. You might want to pop in every now
and then to stir the chicken strips around so that they’re one
hundred percent well coated.
- Now get the BBQ grill out and preheat to medium high. Take
out the marinated chicken strips from the fridge and lay them
on the grill. Grill away until they’re fully cooked. It should
take about five to ten minutes to grill each side of the strips
depending on the thickness of course.
This one’s best eaten with a serving of avocado salad and
I’m going to give you the lowdown right here.

Recipe #2: How to Make Avocado Salad with Blood
Orange

You’ll need the following
ingredients: one diced avocado, one blood orange,
two tablespoons of olive oil, and four cups of rocket
leaves
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the blood orange into a dozen thin
wedges.
- Next, throw everything in a clean bowl and mix them
well.
Alright that’s that. Enjoy your meal and don’t forget to
drink plenty of plain water for good health.
My Top 3 Favorite Easy Paleo Dinner
Recipes
I received an email from a reader recently asking me what’s
my favorite recipe from the book I mentioned earlier, and
initially I couldn’t figure out the answer. Problem is there’re
plenty of top-notch easy paleo dinner recipes in the book so
it’s hard for me to pinpoint the best one.
So I thought I’d list my 3 favorite recipes. Keep in mind
that I haven’t gone though every single recipe in the book. But
for the time being, the 3 recipes that I really, really like
are the “Argentinean BBQ chicken”, “Cajun fish walnuts,
sultanas & spinach salad” and finally, the paleo style
“chili spiced green prawns.”
