Alright, now that I’ve told you where to obtain lots of paleo diet breakfast ideas, it’s time I share a couple of super simple recipes with you. I’ll offer step-by-step instructions on how to prepare the recipes and I’ll also let you know some of my favorite Paleolithic diet dishes.

Paleo Breakfast Recipe 1: The Paleo Apple Mix (serves 2)

This recipe is totally simple. You only need 4 ingredients: a couple of large apples which have to be chopped into bite sized pieces, a couple of grated medium carrots, a bit of cinnamon and lastly, a handful of raisins.

Method: Dump everything in a bowl. Combine well then sprinkle some cinnamon on top. See how simple it is? But make no mistake; this paleo breakfast recipe is pretty delicious!

Paleo Breakfast Recipe 2: Paleolithic Style Banana Bread

Ingredients for the banana bread: 1 large and very ripe banana, half a cup of almond meal, 3 whole eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, ¼ cup of olive oil as well as ¼ cup of honey.

Step-by-Step Method:

1) Place the banana in a bowl, grab a fork and then proceed to mash it up.

2) Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

3) Combine honey and eggs in a clean bowl until mixture becomes a bit fluffy. Next put in the mashed banana, vanilla essence, almond meal, olive oil and mix them well.

4) Grab a baking pan and form a loaf by pouring the mixture into the pan. Put pan containing loaf mixture in the preheated oven and let it cook for around 30 to 45 minutes. You should perform a test to find out whether the loaf is cooked by inserting a knife right in the middle of the section loaf.
