the second one on the other hand is a little on the tedious

product is well worth the effort.

offer you the step-by-step for the first recipe because the
preparation and cooking methods are pretty straightforward.
After that, I’ll let you in on how prepare the second one.
Okay, let’s get started!
Paleo Recipes Ground Beef
#1: Paleo Diet Mixed Herb Meatballs
Ingredients:
1lbs ground
beef, 1lbs ground pork, 4 cloves of minced garlic, ½ minced
onion, a single cup of minced spinach, 4 whole eggs, some sea
salt as well as ground black pepper for more
oomph!
Herb
Mixture: One tablespoon of dried oregano, half a cup of minced
basil, and another half cup of parsley.
Note: Make
sure the herbs are fresh. This ground beef paleo recipe taste
better with fresh herbs.
How to make the Paleo Diet
Meatballs…
1) First you’re gonna have to
preheat your oven. Preheat the thing to 350 Fahrenheit and then
proceed to the 2nd step.
2) Place all the ingredients in a
large mixing bowl and combine very, very
well.
3) Shape mixture into
multiple balls. The size of each ball should be about the size
of a say, ping pong ball
4) Lay baking sheet on the
oven tray and then place the meat balls.
5)
Put tray containing paleo ground meatballs in the oven
and allow it to cook for approximately 30
minutes.
Alright,
that’s all she wrote. See…told you this one was easy peasy. I
tell ya, this is definitely one of the easiest paleo diet
ground beef recipes around. I think even a child could prepare
it, although an adult must be present to operate the
oven.

#2: Paleo Style Chorizo Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb
Chorizo sausage with the casing removed, 1lb ground beef, some
ground black pepper and sea salt for taste, 1 lime sliced into
wedges, 2 very thinly sliced avocados, 2 thinly sliced onions,
2 tomatoes also sliced, 8 whole eggs, some cooking fat for
frying the onions.
How to Make the Paleo Diet
Chorizo Burgers…
1) Just like the previous recipe,
first thing you got to do is preheat your oven. However, for
this particular paleo ground beef recipe, you need to preheat
the oven to 400 Fahrenheit
2)
Place ground beef as well as the Chorizo sausage in a
bowl. Combine them.
3) Once you’ve done mixing
them, I want you to create 6 to 7 big patties out of the
mixture. And be sure to season those patties with some ground
black pepper and sea salt.
4)
Grab a roasting pan and put the patties in it. Cook them
in the oven for about 25 – 30 minutes. After the
aforementioned period, examine the middle part of the
patties. Make sure that part isn’t pink in color;
otherwise you have to cook them in the oven for a bit
longer.
5)
While the patties are being cooked in the oven, you
should grab a frying pan, turn on the stove and proceed
to fry the sliced onions with some cooking fat. You want
to fry them until caramelized. After you’ve done that,
put the friend onions aside.
6) Pour a just a little more
cooking fat onto the frying pan. This time you have to fry the
eggs over easy and make sure the yolk is on the runny
side.
7) Remove patties from the
oven and put on a plate. Squeeze some lime juice on top, and
then add the over easy eggs with runny yolk, fried onions and
the tomato slices. Enjoy your meal!
