Recipes #1: Capsicum Filled Patties

Ingredients for Making the Patties
Half a teaspoon of paprika
One egg
One small green capsicum
Two finely grated garlic cloves
500g Minced meat
How to Make:
(1) Preheat your BBQ grill to medium heat.
(2) Grab a bowl and put the mince beef, egg, grated garlic,
and capsicum in it. Mix the aforesaid ingredients well. Next,
add the paprika. Mix some more and make sure they’re properly
combined.
(3) Okay now you have to separate the mixture into say 10 to
12 servings. Once, you’ve separated them, proceed to round
flatten each serving into a patty size.
(4) Lay the patties on the preheated grill and allow each
side to cook for 5 minutes or so. Once they’re brown and crisp
like in the photo above, you’re good to go!
